About Us
At Al’s Autos we believe in only selling cars that will meet the highest possible standard and give the customer total satisfaction in their purchase. All our vehicles have been thoroughly road tested, given a full mechanical inspection and any faults that we find are either rectified or brought to your attention. We believe in the importance of honesty to allow you to make an informed choice when purchasing a vehicle.
We do not believe in the ‘hard sell’ tactics so often employed in this industry. If you are interested in any of our vehicles please feel free to ring, email or visit us. Our opening times are tailored to the customer and viewings can be arranged on any day and at any time that is convenient to you. Please ring first to arrange a time to visit. All our vehicles are kept on site and can be viewed in the dry and on a ramp. You can have a coffee and look at the vehicle in your own time, with out the pressure of a salesman. A member of the family will always be on hand to answer any questions, take you for a test drive or help you in any way that you require.
The decision to set up my own business, after ten successful years in the service and repair side of the motor industry, was brought about after I purchased a Volvo for my then pregnant wife. I was so disappointed by the after sales service and general lack of attention that a ‘so called’ Volvo specialist gave
us I decided to take the plunge and set up a car sales business which specialised in attention to detail and customer care.
As a parent of twin boys I realise the importance of having a car that is well maintained, reliable, practical and value for money. I also realise that when you are busy with a family you place a lot of importance on peace of mind, which is why all our cars are sold with a 12 month M.O.T. (unless otherwise stated) and a 6 month warranty (further warranty options are available on request).
All of our cars are fully serviced including cam belt replacement (where applicable) and wherever possible, using genuine parts and Forte additives. They are then meticulously valeted using Autoglym products with every attention given to the smallest detail. We even touch up the stone chips.
All our vehicles are sold with a full set of mats. If there is anything else that you require fitted to a vehicle prior to collection, such as a cd player / cd mp3 player / cd multi-changer, hands free kit, dog guard, parking sensors etc. we will be more than happy to discuss prices and will make every effort to facilitate your request.
